Post or transmit any information or material that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property Rights
LAFLEURS owns all intellectual property rights in the content on the Site. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission from LAFLEURS.
Warranties and Liability
The Site and its items/services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. LAFLEURS disclaims any warranty or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on the Site. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from: -
The lifespan or usability of any product, or its suitability for any particular purpose or conditions, even if such purposes or conditions are known or communicated to us, LAFLEURS;
- Improper remedies for defective products, alterations, unsuitable or improper use, wilful damage, negligence, or other misuse of the products, including fair wear and tear, by you or any third party;
- Third-party claims, whether directly or indirectly caused by or related to the content of our Site and the products purchased on or through our Site; and
- Any warranties provided under these T&Cs if the total price for the product has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.
You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Site depends on third-party service providers, such as those for internet, network, connectivity, or other links. Payments for any products purchased from the Site are processed by third-party payment system providers, and LAFLEURS does not retain or process any payment information.
LAFLEURS cannot guarantee the security of these third-party payment systems or any payment data on the Site, and disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties. Furthermore, LAFLEURS is not responsible for the results of any credit inquiry, the availability or performance of the Internet, your connection to the Internet, or the actions or inaction of any other person or entity, including any internet service provider.
By using the Site, you expressly relieve LAFLEURS from any and all liability related to the acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties.
Indemnities
You agree to indemnify LAFLEURS from any claims, losses, and damages arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these T&Cs, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
Termination
LAFLEURS may terminate your access to the Site if you breach these T&Cs. Actions may include withdrawing your right to use the Site or legal proceedings.
Orders and Payments
Orders placed on the Site are deemed irrevocable upon submission. LAFLEURS reserves the right to accept or decline orders. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are accepted via major credit cards and PayPal.
Product Description and Defects
All products are described in detail, product descriptions and pictures used on the Site may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting etc.
Minor variations in measurement and colours are not considered defects.
Defective items must be emailed to our customer service team at customerservice@lafleurs.sg within 7 calendar days.
Returns
Returns are currently not accepted except for defective products,
ALL sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, reach out to us at customerservice@lafleurs.sg with your order number and a photograph of the item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
Delivery
Delivery costs are displayed upon checkout and under FAQ. Orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated 2 working days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, kindly refer to our FAQ.
Personal Data
We may collect, use, and disclose personal data to supply products, process payments, and send newsletters. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
General
Returns are only accepted for defective items purchased from the Site.
These T&Cs do not create any joint venture, agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these T&Cs.
LAFLEURS’s failure to enforce any provision of these T&Cs does not constitute a waiver.
Image Use Agreement
By using our hashtag on Instagram #LAFLEURScollections, you grant LAFLEURS COLLECTIONS Singapore Pte Ltd the right to use your images posted online. You waive any claims to royalties and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Updates
We may update the content on the Site at any time without notice.
