Returns
All purchases that are eligible for returns can be returned for a store credit.
The Returns Process
To initiate a return, submit your request within 7 calendar days to customerservice@lafleurs.sg. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive a return approval email from LAFLEURS within 3 business days.
Only items approved for return via email by LAFLEURS will be accepted. Please take note that products made with knit/stretchable fabric are strictly not eligible for any returns.
Before submitting your return request, check if your item meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Your purchase can be returned if:
Item is bought at full price
Item bought with promo codes is returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions
Item is defected
Return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
Your purchase cannot be returned if:
Item is bought at sales/discounted price
Item is bought using a store credit
Item is made of knit/stretchable fabric
Returned items will be rejected if they do not meet the following requirements:
Item is in its original condition that has not been worn, altered, or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached
Item is free of any marks or stains
Item is given to a courier within 3 business days of return approval
Item has no odours (including deodorant, perfume, body odour, or laundry detergent)
An invoice or proof of purchase is provided
LAFLEURS reserves the right to reject returns that are outside the return period or items that are not in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and LAFLEURS will not cover any associated shipping costs.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Please note:
Returns must be sent via a courier service with tracking. LAFLEURS is not responsible for lost parcels.
Return items must be handed to the courier within 5 business days of receiving the return approval email.
Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your returned item(s) to be processed after they are successfully delivered to the address provided in the return approval email.
Once the returned item(s) has been reviewed, we will issue a store credit refund via email. You can use the store credit for your next purchase during the checkout process.
Exchanges are not allowed. If you're concerned about stock availability, we suggest completing your purchase now and using your store credit for a future order.
Incorrect / Defective Item
For defective and incorrectly delivered products, please also include detailed pictures of the item(s) received.
Colours may appear slightly different on various screens due to differences in device colour resolutions, leading to minor variations in how colours are perceived.
The measurements provided on our website are as accurate as possible with the item laid flat. However, minor sizing variations are expected due to the production process, including cutting and sewing.
Issues that do not affect the overall look or fit of the apparel will not be considered defects.
Store Credits
Store credit refunds are digital credits issued when you return an item. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website and there is no expiry date.
Free shipping applies on orders over SGD 100 after applicable store credit deduction.
