Orders Fulfillment
Here’s an estimated timeframe for order processing:
- Normal Period: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Peak Period: During busy times such as new launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take approximately 5 to 7 business days.
For delivery, we partner with a trusted courier to ensure a smooth experience. Estimated delivery times are:
- Singapore Orders: Expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
- International Orders: Usually take between 5 to 15 business days.

Local Shipping
For orders above SGD 100, we offer complimentary delivery. A delivery fee of SGD 3.50 will apply for orders under $100.
A delivery fee of SGD 3.50 covers up to 2 delivery attempts. Please ensure you are reachable via the mobile number you provided. If you are uncontactable after 2 failed attempts, a re-delivery fee of SGD 3.50 will be charged by the courier for another attempt.
International Shipping
For international orders, please check the shipping fee calculation during checkout, as it varies by destination country. Remember, all international shipments are subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Tracking
An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped out. Please note that the tracking number will only be updated when the parcel reaches our delivery partner’s warehouse.
Changes in Shipping Address
We are happy to assist with address changes if your parcel is still with us. Please contact our team at customerservice@lafleurs.sg with the updated address. Kindly note that changing the delivery address may cause delays. Unfortunately, if the order is already on its way to you, we will not be able to change it.
